VENDOR AGREEMENT:  I understand that I must sign and submit this agreement before I will be allowed to participate.  I understand that execution of this Agreement does not guarantee my acceptance or guarantee space.  Approved vendors are solely responsible for their products, equipment and other possessions, and for their business practices.  I have read the "Vendor Information" and I agree that I will abide by all regulations stated or as amended by Town Square Market.  I agree to pay all booth fees.  I understand failure to pay fees or abide by rules and regulations could result in my expulsion.  Liability Release and Waiver of Claims: I release Town Square Market Great Falls and each of its officers, employees, agents, volunteer workers, directors and representatives from any and all actions, causes of action, liability, claims demands, costs, charges and expenses my/our immediate families, estates, personal representatives, heirs and devisees might have arising from any damage, personal injury, suffering or death occurring from participation.  My execution of this agreement is a lawful and voluntary act. By signing below I certify that I understand and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. To ensure you read and understand this agreement today's date must be added.

Event Room Rental

The event room is $30 per hour or $200 per day.

The event room measures 45X37 feet and can hold 83 people.

The room has electricity, sound system with bluetooth capabiltiy, good lighting, hardwood floors, and mirrors.

The room will not be reserved until full payment is received. Payment is non-refundable if canceled within 2 weeks of the event.

Rental Agreement: I understand that I must sign and submit this agreement before I will be allowed to rent the event room. I understand that execution of this Agreement does not guarantee my acceptance or guarantee space. I understand that I am solely responsible for my products, equipment and other possessions. I will comply with all facility rules and local laws. I understand that I am responsible to clean up after my event. All garbage will be bagged and put in the dumpster on the outside of the building (facing Goodwill). I will report any damage immediately. I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused by my event or event attendees. I understand that this is a place of business and will conduct myself in a professional manner. I understand that all children will be monitored and supervised. I will ensure that the event ends at the agreed time. Liability: Renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the event and agrees to indemnify the Owner against any claims. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Sarah Edwards and Town Square Market and their tenants and employees harmless of, from, and against all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses asserted against Sarah Edwards or Town Square Market and any of their tenants or employees on account of injuries to persons or damage to property when any such damage or injury is caused by an act or omission of Renter or any of its agents, servants, patrons, or invitees, or if any such injury or damage may in any other way arise from or out of the occupancy or use by Renter or invitees.
