All vendors will represent themselves in a professional manner when interacting with customers and fellow vendors. No exceptions.

Vendors will maintain a clean, attractive booth/display.

Vendors will provide a safe, welcoming environment and family-friendly atmosphere. No foul language.

Respect for the rights of staff and customers is expected at all times and will be strictly enforced.
General Information

All decisions by Town Square Market Great Falls are final.

Town Square Market Great Falls may refuse to allow any vendor to set up or sell at any time.

All vendors must submit a completed signed application as well as payment prior to event.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any part of the facility. All smoking and vaping must take place at least 15' from any entrance.

Vendors must park in the 7th Street parking lot after loading or unloading, vendors are not allowed to park in the customer parking lot. If vendor lot is full, vendors must park in additional designated vendor parking areas.

Vendors must provide their own chairs, tables, tablecloths, POS, cash drawer, etc.

All tables MUST have covers, exceptions will be given for decorative tables or tables made of natural materials.

All Vendors must remove any trash at the end of each day. Vendors are responsible for thoroughly cleaning their area each day.

Due to our insurance, except for service animals, no pets are allowed.

Children under the age of 12 must be under the control of their parents or guardian at all times. Remember this is a place of business. Please respect other vendors and customers by not leaving children unattended.

Town Square Market Great Falls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or personal items, including money. We have security cameras in place to deter and investigate theft, but the security of all merchandise is your responsibility. Storage lockers are available for a small fee.

Any vendor or customer caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and banned from the premises for life.

Absolutely no one is allowed to distribute or solicit ANYTHING without express written permission from Town Square Market Great Falls. This includes the distribution of literature, political or religious material - no exceptions!

No live animals may be sold, given away, or displayed. No hazardous chemicals, flammables, etc. may be sold.

Town Square Market Great Falls must approve all items sold. Anyone selling unauthorized items will be asked to leave and may be banned from making future reservations.

At the discretion of Town Square Market Great Falls, the number of vendors in some product categories and sub-categories MAY be limited. This maintains variety and helps make vendors products desirable.

In order to maintain continuity, Town Square Market Great Falls may relocate vendors in a space of equal price and amenities at any time.

Set-up and tear-down should be done during non-peak hours and when not disruptive to other vendors and guests. Please be respectful of other vendors and guests when setting up and tearing down.

Respect the rights of your neighbors, please do not encroach on your neighbor's sales space with any displays, products, etc. All disagreements will be settled by Town Square Market Great Falls.

Extension cords are not allowed, if power is required, you must rent a space with power.

Licensing & Insurance Requirements

Individual product liability or liability for services provided is the sole responsibility of each vendor. Vendors are responsible for meeting all government regulations, obeying state, county, and local laws, etc. Vendors are responsible for appropriate licensing, taxes, insurance, etc.

All food trailer vendors preparing food onsite must have a current City-County Health Department Short Term Food Permit or Food Service License. This permit or license must be displayed at the vendor's space in accordance with Health Department regulations. All vendors must provide a copy of their current permit or license to Town Square Market Great Falls prior to setup.

Vendors are responsible for food safety including appropriate permit or license as required by the health department.
